The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Fisheries                                         
referral for the following at the request of Representative Stevens, Co-                            
chair:                                                                                              
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 208(L&C) am                                                              
    "An Act relating to the labeling of, the advertising of, and the                                
    disclosure of certain information about halibut, salmon, halibut                                
    products, and salmon products."                                                                 
                                                                                                    
CSSB 208(L&C) am was removed from the House Special Committee                                       
on Fisheries and referred to the Resources Committee.
